Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below to ensure that your return is processed smoothly.

Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup-free, deodorant-free, smoke-free, stain-free, and with tags attached. All footwear must be in its original box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of hair accessories, jewelry, and bralettes due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, all sales of merchandise that have been marked down are not refundable.

To initiate a return, please ensure that your merchandise is postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. Returns received after this time frame cannot be accepted, and you will be responsible for paying to have the item returned to you.

Once your return is received and inspected for acceptable conditions, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to [insert timeframe here] for your refund to reflect in your account.

Due to order volume and the high risk of sellouts, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process exchanges. If you require a different size, we recommend promptly placing a new order before the desired item sells out.
